Pass through the ancient city wall and dive into the vibrant world of Vilnius New Town. By joining our free Vilnius alternative tour you will be guided to some amazing places most visitors would never see. From mouth-watering markets to eye-popping street art and even face-to-face with a giant!

In the Soviet times Vilnius was called the most “Western” Soviet city because of its long-haired hippies and freedom ideas. Nowadays, most of alternative ideas can be found by discovering street art and abandoned areas of the town, exploring interesting buildings, bumping into random statues or even just by meeting some local drunks!

So if you already got enough of churches and cute narrow streets, we suggest you to leave the beaten track and face the other side of Vilnius! Come to join our free alternative tour and explore the dodgy station area which in 10 years is supposed to become one of the most prosperous districts in Vilnius. Also, say hi to Tony Soprano there, visit mural of two world leaders and find out more crazy things about the city! During this excursion you will have an opportunity to feel the real life of local people and see not so glamorous but very casual side of Vilnius which is usually hidden from tourists.

Come wearing comfortable shoes, take heaps of positive energy, a camera for unexpected shots and get into the rhythm of Vilnius! Whether it's a sunny, rainy or snowy day, you are welcome to scheduled alternative Vilnius tours all year round. See Lithuania's capital city from an alternative perspective and spend you time in a different way. Only 2.5-3 hours of walking and you'll feel the atmosphere here and get really familiar with fastly changing and growing New Town of Vilnius.

There is a lot of walking involved so come wearing comfortable shoes and dress up correctly according to the weather conditions.

As this Vilnius tour is tip-based and our salary depends on our performance,  each time we do our best to give you a great sightseeing tour and answer all your questions. If you want to support our idea, you are welcome to contribute at the end of the tour. You can give 5 EUR to you guide or you can give 50 EUR whatever you feel the guide deserves :)
